Your Order Cancellation and Return Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order before the order status changes to “Shipped” without giving any reason for doing so.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of Your decision through a clear statement.

We will reimburse You no later than 5 days from the date on which You cancel the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days

  • The Goods are in their original sealed and unopened packaging

Non-Returnable Goods

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date

  • Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery

  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items according to their nature

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at Our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the returned Goods or proof of return delivery.

Upon receiving the returned Goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions outlined above, the refund will be issued using the original payment method, less any original shipping charges, if applicable.
